By using Viveka (viveka.dev), you agree to these terms.

The service

Viveka provides engineering learning scenarios, an AI mentor, and AI-powered evaluation of your reasoning. One scenario is free. Additional scenarios require a paid subscription.

AI evaluation

Our evaluation system uses AI to assess your written reasoning. We calibrate it carefully, but AI evaluation is not perfect. Scores are indicative, not authoritative. If a score feels wrong, email us — we review calibration issues seriously.

Subscriptions

• ₹499/month for full access
• Payments are processed manually via Razorpay
• Your access continues until the end of the paid period
• See our refund policy below

Your account

• Accounts are personal and non-transferable
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• Don't attempt to manipulate the AI mentor or judge to produce false scores — we monitor for this and will revoke access

Our responsibilities

• We'll keep the service running and scenarios accurate
• We'll notify you of significant changes to pricing or terms with at least 14 days notice
• We're not liable for decisions you make based on your scores

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
